These organic and locally made balsamic vinegars are a top favorite in our shop! makes the most incredible fruit and balsamic vinegars from their 20 acre Organic Farm on the Central Coast. Combine a vinegar, with Olive Oil (sold in shop!) for a simple yet perfect salad dressing. Come by for some of Kelly’s salad greens and these incredible local dressing ingredients! This is a FREE challenge for our members ( however, you still need to register your name to be included) OR we have a special discounted 3 week pass for any non-members! Yoga, Somatics, & Myofascial Release is a gentle, yin-style therapeutic workshop exploring somatic movement and the connective tissue (fascia) that weaves everything in your body together. These practices are designed to soften tension, improve mobility, decrease pain, help you relax, and leave you feeling radiant from the inside out!
