Every Saturday join us for Farmstand! Begins at 9am- locally and organically grown produce in a no-till system, from her small farm just down the road from the studio! Christina’s Prenatal Series is back by popular demand!

✨Prenatal Yoga: Restorative Edition with Christina Campbell
✨Meeting 4 Thursdays from July 10-31 from 7:30-8:45 pm

Our evening sessions will be held during sunset hour as you move from the vibrant energy of the day, to the ease of the evening. You'll be calmed by soft music as you're guided through gentle movements to support the physical changes that come with pregnancy. You'll experience the profound, soothing benefits of consciously breathing. You'll also enjoy well supported prenatal restorative postures that are intended to ease muscle tension, relax your connective tissue and bring forward deep relaxation.

Single Class Option Available. Pre-Registration Required.

Get ready to move, breathe, and have fun! Our Summer Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Series is the perfect way for kids to unwind, build confidence, and learn tools for emotional regulation—all while having a blast.

This 6 Session Series will meet from 1-2 pm on July 8, 10, 15, 17, 22 and 24.

Registration is $108 for complete 6 session series or your child can attend any single class for $22 each. Each session will build upon the previous and will give your kids a wonderful, full experience of what yoga is all about!

It’s an incredible very high probiotic drink, great to have 2-4 ounces with every meal. These kvass flavors are excellent for stimulating digestion and known as a blood and liver tonic. She is now teaching Monday mornings, 930 Vinyasa and 11am Gentle! We are honored to have her a part of the team and encourage you to come learn from this wise, passionate, inspiring woman!!
