I promise doing the “Big 6” lymphatic drainage sequence by is TOTALLY DOABLE and life changing 🙌🏽
I’ve been doing this at least 3-4 times a week for the last 4 years. It’s quick, easy and you can do it ANYWHERE 👍🏽
Try to rub each area for at least 30 seconds…
1. Collarbones (always start here)
2. Behind the ear/jaw
3. Armpits
4. Belly
5. Groin crease
6. Behind the knees
*always finish with the collarbones again!
Try it out and get that lymph flowing 💦
