🔥💪🏽🔥

1. Hip hinges focused on internal hip rotation
2. Eccentric strength and length
3. Rotation above the pelvis
4. Hinge to extension

These movements work the glutes in ways that are often missing…try them out and see how it feels 🍑

Glute gripping? Hanging in your hips? Hips pushing into the counter to hold yourself up?

This posture is super common postpartum, but it doesn’t have to stick around!

Try some hip hinges to strengthen and lengthen your glutes…

Focus on going slower on the way down to really build strength while the glutes get lengthened.
