Let’s MOVE through labor with a birth ball 👇🏽

Here are just SOME examples:
✨early labor: pelvic tilts
✨active labor: wide leg hip circles
✨transition: asymmetrical pelvic mobility

If you’re pregnant, a doula, midwife, or L and D nurse, save this! And don’t forget to follow

📌 SAVE THIS if you’re birthing at a hospital ⬇️

Here are some examples of how to use a peanut ball for labor:

🔹Early labor: open the top of the pelvis with things like flying cowgirl
🔹Active Labor: open the mid pelvis with rocks
🔹Pushing: open the pelvic outlet with hip internal rotation

Ask for that peanut ball and keep labor progressing!
