🧘🏻‍♀️ What I have learned in 8 years of being a full time student and teacher of yoga

🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga is more than physical asana (postures)

🧘🏻‍♀️ A soul’s brightness can be drastically increased through regular practice

🧘🏻‍♀️ One glows with the love of the divine (God) through the revered techniques of the ancient rishis (seers)

🧘🏻‍♀️ There are no “bad days”, “bad classes” or “bad practices.” All is growth is all
