There is a beauty which lies within that is more than skin deep.

Waves ripple like ballerina’s silk
Dancing and glistening in reflection
Of Sun’s light; Ocean grasps
The light as it reflects, and in doing so,
Creates its own

This is what Love is;
Seeing a person, plant or animal’s light,
Reflecting and shining it back
Connecting us to the
One Light

And in choosing to reflect another’s Light,
We expand and amplify the Light
Of the Infinite Creator

Spirit Woman Monthly Healing Circle Monday March 16th, now at 9th Limb Yoga Studio 🩵🐬🌊

Sisters, our sweet Circle is moving to Morro Bay, now gathering at 9th.limb.yoga !! We are so grateful to Khristine for opening her beautiful space to us. March 16, 6:00-8:30 pm.🌱

This Circle has always been about authenticity, connection, and growth, and we are continuing in that same spirit.🌹

As we move through the realm of Aphrodite this month and prepare for our upcoming Equinox retreat at Lake Nacimiento, we’ll also be working with her powerful medicine in Circle. Aphrodite invites us into deeper self-love, self-compassion, and reverence for ourselves.🧜🏻‍♀️

As natural healers and caregivers, women so often pour their energy into caring for others while leaving themselves out of the equation. For many of us, this pattern has been passed down through generations. This month, we’ll gently explore that together and create space to nurture ourselves as well.

🌑🌊 Step into the energy of the New Moon and the Spring Equinox with us

Join .holistics and for an evening of yin yoga, reiki, crystal bowl sound healing, and sea air at sunset. This gathering is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself in rhythm with the changing season.

We’ll move gently through yin postures, receive the healing resonance of sound, and close with optional reiki in the open air.

🌊 This yoga journey has been a beautiful one - Yoga arrived into my word as a healing tool to gain the light of my soul back, along with my strength and mobility, after riding the edge of life and death for about a year.

🧜🏼‍♀️ From being unable to touch my toes, or even to take more than a few steps… to feeling strong and embodied in my body, was over a decades’ journey.

🌊 The beauty of a yoga practice, or any spiritually wired mind/body practice, is there is always room for improvisation and intuition.

🧜🏼‍♀️ Like a tree, sensing sunlight within its leaves, and choosing which direction to grow, we have an infinite number of ways we can choose to cultivate loving mind-body-spirit complex awareness in this free-form dance of life.

🌊 I find that each pose teaches something new, like a caricature or alchemical template of emotional and physical expression.

🧜🏼‍♀️ Urdhva Dhanurasana, or Upward Facing Bow Pose

🌊 Teaches us that having an open heart is safe, & having our chakras aligned and breathing equals a sweet flow of energy and organ/glandular plexus harmony.

🧜🏼‍♀️ First we build a strong spine; then, the flexibility and willingness to open, and finally, a joyous act of surrender to throw our heads back and ecstatically lift our hearts to the heavens.

Yoga with .rooted.yogi , music with Oceana, and breathwork & cacao with .bee.smooth on the sands of Avila Beach. Sunset, ocean air, and a dance floor made of sand.

Monday 3/16 ✨ Spirit Woman Healing Circle 6–8:30 PM
A monthly ceremony of shamanic journeys with paired with yoga and a sound bath with Oceana at .limb.yoga Morro Bay. The wild feminine dances with sacred healing.
