🌊 and a level of bliss, safety, & belonging, I’d never felt before

🌊 Grateful for the dear souls who co-create these spaces with their movement, deep talks in the squishmallow pits, cacao invocations and silly-ness,

🌊 And most of all, creating healing through somatic movement in a world that can really use some more heart-centered, light, inner-child fun!

Creating art from the heart
As beauty drips through my bones

Fear is here. He whispers to tighten the walls of my throat to protect my heart from the poison of my mind.

When I remember that it’s just divine essence moving through me, I can shake and release any perceived tensions upon my Spirit.

I relax into the Knowing that there is no game to play
No stage to perform or Way to Be
The only way is the way, any way

That judgement exists in Form and is
Released in death
That death is a birth into the Highest

As I laugh at the impermanence of it all,
I gently sway my trembling heart
As a baby in a cradle is soothed

Still a bit weepy, quite unsure and afraid
Yet releasing into the sorrowful joy
Of creation allows me to take

A full breath,

Flashback Friday… 2016! A truly beautiful reminder that what we love and have passion for always remains in us.

This was my last year making music before taking a 9 year hiatus to study yoga, meditation, and living in accordance with the earth.

In the background you are hearing a song I produced, as we walk thru the streets of downtown Los Angeles talking underground warehouse raves and where I see myself in the future.

I think “Pretty Low” would be very proud of where we ended up, a decade later 🥹🙏🏼

We’ve added more time to our schedule so everything can feel slower, softer, more spacious.

We gather to tend to what is quietly forming within us. New visions. New boundaries. New ways of being in the world.

We gather to honor this time of tending, listening to our bodies as sacred, nourishing the new shoots before they break the surface tender as they are.

We honor the wisdom of the womb, the place where our intuition lives, where creations begin, where truth germinates before it is spoken. 🌱

Join us for a transformative evening of:

* A sound instrument such as a rattle, drum or singing bowl (extras will be provided)
* Journal and pen
