This supportive four-week series focuses on improving flexibility, joint mobility, and ease of movement through controlled, gentle exercises.
All movements are performed seated or standing—no floor work required, making it accessible for a wide range of abilities. Each week highlights a different area of the body to help reduce stiffness and support everyday movement.
