- Wildlife Camera Sightings🦌🌿

Have you ever wondered what goes on in the Galloway Ridge woods after dark? Thanks to one of our talented residents, Norm, we have a fascinating glimpse into the secret life of our local wildlife!

Five cameras are currently set up across the property, from the woods south of the ponds to the Serenity Trail, capturing deer, coyotes, raccoons, and even a few late-night feline visitors. One camera even sends photos via Wi-Fi 24/7, offering a window into the parts of our campus we rarely see.

Meet Emily! 🌟 As our Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Emily pours her heart into everything she does, from welcoming new residents to making sure the Galloway Ridge story shines bright. 💫

When she’s not busy connecting with future residents, you might find her tending to her garden, quilting something cozy, or whipping up something sweet in the kitchen. She also has one of the most meaningful volunteer roles, spending her time each week as a Cuddle and Play volunteer at UNC Children’s Hospital. 💙

We’re so lucky to have Emily’s creativity, compassion, and positivity as part of our community! If you see Emily around, be sure to stop and say hi!

Ever wanted a behind-the-scenes look into the world of magic? 🪄🎩 Here’s your chance! Join us on Thursday, October 23 in Chapin A for a comedy magic show with our very own resident magician, Lee Werley.

Lee has wowed audiences everywhere from parades to international stages, and now he’s bringing the fun right here to Galloway Ridge. After his performance, he’ll pull back the curtain and share secrets from his magical world. 🤫

- Annual First Responders Thank You 💙

Recently, Galloway Ridge residents continued a meaningful tradition - delivering gift baskets filled with snacks and drinks to our local first responder stations.

These baskets are a small but heartfelt way to express our gratitude for the courage, dedication, and compassion our first responders show each and every day. Their service keeps our community safe and strong, and we’re honored to show our appreciation in return.
