In Loving Memory

Last week, we said goodbye to a remarkable member of The Tree family — our beloved HELEN PERSON, who passed away at the age of 104 years and 8 months.

She was a true fighter, living her life with grace, strength, and on her own terms. A retired nurse, she deeply understood the true spirit of caregiving and compassion, inspiring both staff and fellow residents alike.

Her energy and zest for life were infectious. She loved painting, playing the piano, reading, and dressing up every day with her signature flair. She actively participated in every activity with joy and enthusiasm. Even in her later years, she embraced technology — regularly Skyping with extended family and faithfully joining her church prayers via Zoom every Sunday.

Above all, she was family-oriented, warm-hearted, and a cherished presence in our community. Her legacy of love, resilience, and generosity will remain in our hearts.

We will miss her dearly and hold on to the beautiful memories she left behind. We hope she is at peace and in a better place.
