SUPER EXCITED to announce that Don Orender has joined our team!

As a lifelong resident of Pittsburg, Kansas, Don has developed an intimate knowledge of the local real estate market and the unique opportunities it presents. With a strong foundation in business and a passion for helping others, he is excited to bring his diverse background and expertise to assist buyers and sellers in the greater Pittsburg area.
His education and professional background include the following:
Graduated from PSU in 1991, earning a business degree with a major in accounting and management. Recognizing the importance of continuous learning, he furthered his education by obtaining a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Following graduation, he embarked on a successful career in finance, working as an accountant, controller, and Chief Financial Officer for Watco for 9 years.
In May 2000, Don made the decision to transition from the corporate world to become a stay-at-home dad and establish Orender Consulting LLC. Through his consulting firm, he has provided accounting and financial management services to Jocks Nitch, Inc and multiple local small businesses.
Don is married to Jacqueline (Jackie Toschi) Orender, known to many as Dr. Orender. Together, they established Orender Clinic in 2010, where he successfully managed the clinic's back-office operations for 13 years. Their commitment to quality care and exceptional service led them to join forces with Mercy Health Systems in May 2023.
Don has personally bought and sold numerous properties in Pittsburg/Frontenac and surrounding communities. These experiences have provided him with valuable insights into the intricacies of real estate transactions and the local market dynamics. With a deep understanding of the buying and selling process, he is poised to guide clients through each step, ensuring their interests are protected and their goals are achieved. Understanding that buying or selling a property is a significant life decision, he is committed to offering personalized guidance and support throughout the entire process. By leveraging his financial acumen, negotiation skills, and market knowledge, he will strive to deliver exceptional results.

Dear patients, many of you may have heard about changes for Orender Clinic. We want to let all of you know that Dr Orender will still be located in her current office and continue to provide you and your family the absolute best medical care. After much thought and prayerful deliberation she has decided to join forces with Mercy Health systems. We believe this move is in the best interest of our patients, the Pittsburg community and our family.

The only real change will be the name on the building. We will continue to own the property so Dr Orender is not going anywhere!

This change will take place on May 22, 2023. The office will be closed for training on that day and back to normal business hours on May 23, 2023.

Dr Orender will continue to refer patients to whichever specialist is in your best medical interest regardless of who signs their paycheck.

Thank you for continuing to trust Dr Orender, Lauren and their staff with your medical care.

$226.00 for 2023. Reninder..many secondary plans don’t start paying until you have paid this $226.00 deductible. As always if you have any questions call the office and ask for Don.
