January 9 is National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day.

We were grateful for the opportunity to share a small token of appreciation with the officers and deputies who work every day to help keep our communities safe.

Today, we visited law enforcement departments in Pittsburg, Arma, Girard, and Frontenac, along with the Crawford County Sheriffโ€™s Office and Pittsburg State University Campus Police.

Yesterday afternoon, our IPS Supported Employment Program hosted a Working Healthy Benefits Planning Seminar in partnership with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.

Attendees learned how working can fit with SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, and other supports, and had the opportunity to learn more about benefits counseling. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and a special thanks to KDHE for partnering with us on this important conversation.

As we head into the new year, our commitment to better care remains the same.

Your feedback is important to us. We encourage feedback after every visit, and if youโ€™ve interacted with our services in any capacity, we would appreciate you taking a few moments to complete our Patient Satisfaction Survey. Your input helps us continue improving care for our community.

Itโ€™s quick and easy. Everyone who completes the survey is entered into a quarterly drawing for a handful of $25 gift cards.
