First day on May 1 (first 2 pics) then May 31 (second two pics) then today July 1(last two pics) . I am down 21 pounds total in these past two months!! And I did not realize the inches falling off! I haven’t been able to work out these last two weeks due to back issues and I’m STILL losing with the 2B mindset plan!

Heading to drop off sister at daycare this morning I listened to my new favorite book (Worthy by Jamie Kern Lima). The chapter was talking about how we have a negative mindset on rejection and ways to help flip our perspective so that we don’t fear rejection but we embrace it.

One line has stuck with me and I noticed Liam repeating it too “ Rejection is gods protection, it just wasn’t meant to be”

The program that I joined back in October has been so much more than just feeling physically better. I mentally feel stronger than I have in so long. This month we are reading “Worthy” and discussing mental health. I am learning to love every bit of who I am and showing my kids to love every bit of themselves too.

(Yes that is leftover breakfast on Liam’s face 😅😘)

It’s homecoming weekend for my small town and boy can it be hard to stay on track. The cool thing about this program is you can indulge a little bit! Weigh in/measurement day for me! My goal was to lose 4% of my starting body weight in a month. I’ve surpassed that by 3 lbs! I weighed 241lbs and today the scale read 228 lbs for a total loss of 13 lbs. That’s in a month guys!! This program is so easy to turn into a lifestyle and I don’t feel like I’m on a crash diet! I’ve had so much more energy to where I could actually help my husband with yard projects and even do some by myself which hasn’t happened in a loooooonnnggg time!! This has also been a fantastic boost for my mental health and, come on, who doesn’t like seeing consistent results?!?

Good morning everybody! Fun little tip that we’ve learned on this journey is to get 16 ozs of water in first thing in the morning before breakfast and your coffee! You’ll be amazed at how much it curbs your appetite! Happy Tuesday!
