A gentle reminder for today. Healing doesn’t mean something is “wrong” with you. It means you’re ready to release what no longer serves you and make space for peace, clarity, and renewal.

Reiki is a calming, supportive energy practice that helps ease stress, quiet the mind, and encourage emotional and energetic balance. Many clients describe feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply relaxed after a session like taking a deep breath for the soul.

If I could make one wish for anyone I know…
It would be, always listen to your heart and follow your dreams. You are stronger than you ever imagined.

In 2021, I followed mine. I began learning everything I could about Reiki energy work, for both people and their furry friends. I became certified as a Reiki practitioner. What started as a quiet passion now became something so much deeper… a true calling.

Most of you know my world was forever changed earlier this year. Through deep prayer, countless nights of reflection, and many heart to heart talks with God, I began to see where he was leading me. With his guidance and the right people placed in my life at just the right time, my path became clear.

Eeeee!!! I’m so excited to share that I will be opening my own Reiki practice “Ré Health and Wellness”, this November! My space is created with love, faith, and purpose. It’s a place for healing, compassion and understanding, where God’s light come together to help you find peace again.

My focus is on Mental health and emotional healing after loss, grief and trauma support, life coaching and intuitive guidance. Reiki energy work for people and your animals. If you want help and guidance to find your peace, clarity, or healing, or even just want to learn more about what Reiki is, I would love to talk with you. 💕 I will start seeing clients In my new space this November. Hello friends, I’m Reneé Budd with Ré Health and Wellness — I am a Certified Reiki Master, Animal Reiki practitioner, and intuitive energy healer with a deep passion for helping people heal, find peace, and rediscover their light.

My focus is supporting those who are walking through mental health challenges, grief, or the pain of losing someone close to you. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand what this loss can do to friends, family, and in my very own life. Those experiences shaped my purpose: to help others find hope and happiness again, even when life feels impossibly heavy.

In October 2021 Reiki came into my life as a gentle yet powerful form of healing that restored my own sense of peace and strength when words and traditional treatments couldn’t reach that far. Now, it’s my mission to share that same comfort and light with others.

When you come to me for a Reiki session whether for yourself or your animal companion, you’ll find a space filled with compassion, love, understanding, and warmth. I combine Reiki energy work with intuitive guidance, life coaching, and genuine care to help you release emotional pain, calm your mind, and reconnect with the part of yourself that still shines, even through the darkness.

Outside of my healing work, I’m happiest spending time with loved ones, connecting with nature, and talking to animals like old friends (yes, even a squirrel while in nature climbed up my back, latched on for a bit!). Those moments remind me that God’s presence and love are always near.

My purpose is simple: to help others find light after loss, peace after pain, and joy in everyday life again.
