Step into autumn with Victoria for a 1.5-hour guided hike and meditation through the serene woodlands of Settlers Cabin Park. Along the way, we’ll pause for moments of mindfulness and meditation, soaking in the beauty of the changing leaves and even a peaceful waterfall tucked into the forest.
After the hike, gather with us for light snacks, s’mores, and soothing herbal tea—a cozy way to connect with community and welcome the season.
Trails can be muddy in the fall, so we recommend hiking boots or sturdy shoes for your comfort and safety. No prior hiking or meditation experience is needed—just bring water, layers for the weather, and your sense of presence.
