⭐️ It's so easy! ⭐️

🍄Just set your legs to the sky - whether like this or supported against a wall (or whatever!) 🍄

🌟 This will:
- release lymphatic fluid back into the body to be cleansed out
- allow the cardiac system to relax and slow as blood returns to the body thanks to gravity
- bring calm to the body and slows the breath to bring overall peace
