So I've been quiet here on social media. I had to come to a difficult decision.

Unfortunately we will be suspending classes at 3rd Street Belly Dance. I am so grateful and thankful for the opportunity to be at this amazing location, and thank you so much to Joanna Abel for allowing us to have a home there.

With that said, we will be holding classes at my home studio until we can build up our numbers to be able to rent a space in the future. I am grateful to everyone who has been with me on this journey and stuck with me on this journey.

Our first session at the home location will be this Saturday at 1pm eastern. We will offer additional session opportunities as demand requires.

Looking to build your strength? We can do that! Looking to get your body a bit more flexible? We can do that! Looking to tighten up your body or dealing with back and knee pain, want to lose weight, but your body hurts and running is out? WE CAN DO THAT!

DDP Yoga is designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles, ligaments, and tendons in a low impact (no running!) workout that is guaranteed to get your heart rate up that will help you lose weight and feel amazing!

Join us tomorrow (Saturday) starting at 1pm at 223 3rd Ave in Carnegie, PA! This week, we’re going to be working on our core and balance with an amazing Stand Up exercise!
