We're writing to share some exciting news about the future of our memory care community. We are pleased to announce that our facility, previously part of ProMedica, will now be joining the Evergreen Management family!

We understand that changes in ownership can sometimes raise questions, and we want to assure you of one very important thing: the compassionate, high-quality care you and your loved ones receive will remain the same.

We want to assure you of our commitment to the values that have always defined us: exceptional care, a nurturing environment, and a dedicated team. While our management name has changed from ProMedica to Evergreen Management, everything else you cherish about our community remains constant. You will continue to see the same compassionate caregivers, the same skilled nurses, and the same familiar leadership team guiding our efforts every day. Our commitment to providing personalized, high-quality memory care for your loved ones is unwavering.

This transition is simply a change in name; our heart and mission remain steadfast. We are excited about this new chapter and the opportunities it brings to further enhance our services while maintaining the continuity and stability you value.

Each resident is unique and so are their needs. When it comes to meals, our menu items are carefully prepared with consideration of a resident’s likes, skills and capabilities. We ensure modifications are made to maintain a person’s independence as long as possible. When forks and knives are no longer working, finger foods are prepared to help maintain a sense of dignity.

It may have rained and a sign might've broke, but Arden Courts - ProMedica Memory Care Community (North Hills) made it to the North Boroughs Chamber of Commerce Health and Wellness Fair last month! Erin McMaster, MCA, had the opportunity to meet with members of the community and share a little bit about what makes Arden Courts, Arden Courts.

They gathered to watch the game on the big screen, enjoying classic tailgate snacks.

This month, Arden Courts - ProMedica Memory Care Community (North Hills), partnered with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Students at Northland Public Library for a presentation on common dementia behaviors.
