The Bridge to Well Being Counseling Center is a private practice headquartered on Penn Avenue in Wilkinsburg, offering both telehealth and in office positions at various locations. We are looking for a Practice Manager to oversee operations.

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all of the administrative, business, and clinical operations of the counseling group practice. You will provide the leadership, organization, and strong decision-making ability necessary to run and grow the group practice. We are looking for an individual that has the ability to recruit qualified staff and consult on an as needed basis to ensure that quality, individualized services are being offered to clients.

Applicants must have a LPC, LCSW or LMFT License, and a master’s degree in social work, mental health, nursing, psychology, counseling (or another specialty in the field of human services/mental health) from an accredited educational institution. Additionally, we are looking for an individual to have seven years of experience working in a mental health or co-occurring disorders program, including a minimum of five years of supervisory responsibilities.

The Bridge to Well Being Counseling Center is a private practice headquartered on Penn Avenue in Wilkinsburg, offering both telehealth and in office positions at various locations. We believe that by working together, we can bridge challenging times and achieve wellness for those in need. Our practice helps children, families, and adults by offering a range of specialties designed to empower our clients to achieve success. We offer a safe setting for all clients that wish to visit us for in-person sessions, but also encourage them to choose virtual appointments if they desire. If you have ever thought about working in a private practice setting, but always wanted the benefits of working at a larger organization, our Center is the ideal place for you!

We are currently looking to hire therapists to support clients with their mental health needs. Clinicians can choose their own flexible schedule and client population. Clinicians are responsible for working independently, but will also have the support of a Practice Manager. We offer a beautiful office space, as well as billing and administrative support. Additionally a local, well-respected behavioral health organization is our parent company and will assist with the operational aspects of the practice, thus enabling our therapists to focus on the needs of their clients.

We are requiring that applicants be a licensed clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or licensed professional counselor (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
