It's the season when you may feel overwhelmed due to buying gifts and the pressure of family gatherings. It is very common to feel anxious and depressed from the expectations of others.

To avoid getting overwhelmed during the holidays, try to focus on something joyful with your family, for instance, driving around the neighborhood to see lights, cooking a favorite dish, or watching a movie with your loved ones. Give yourself time and space to acknowledge your feelings by writing them down in your journal.
