Today, Jen from Ace of Earth and I had the honor of leading a powerful Dual Reiki session at Sterling Yoga and Wellness Center. This service combines the magic of Reiki, crystal healing, sound healing, and intuitive messages, tailored perfectly to meet the client’s needs. (These are just some of the tools we brought with us for the session😍💫) Today, we also guided the client through a meditation and personalized affirmations, and even uncovered some deep past life healing. It was a beautiful reminder of how healing energy meets us exactly where we are, helping to clear what’s ready to be released. So grateful to share this journey with Jen and our amazing clients. 💫

Very interesting article. I have known people who I KNOW are empaths but who are also extremely draining and manipulating…and I believe it is because they are using this “gift” for self betterment because of deep inseicities and wounding…as opposed to mastering the art of “feeling” others to intuitively help and guide them through the clouds. I can make a list of these people I have encountered. Brilliantly smart and seemingly compassionate at first…with dark (and not always purposeful or conscious) intent. The secret to identifying them is to pay attention to your emotions at all times when in their presence and trust yourself. Don’t jump to self blame or accept their definition of your shortcomings that they tend to point out and eventually use against you. Lastly know and love yourself and protect your energy. Boundaries.
A dark empath is someone who understands emotions and uses it to manipulate and take advantage of other people. Why is this personality type so dangerous?

The veil is pulled back in the outer world and inside of us in hard times. I am always amazed at how what is happening in my own personal arena is reflected in the planet energy. It proves that we are are a part of everything. We are a spin off of the earth. Everything is connected. Imagine what would happen if each person cleared out their own cobwebs and took the journey towards true emotional healing. Imagine what that would project outwards as a collective. This is how I know love always wins.

Ace of Earth ~ Experience Nature’s Healing Energy & Heighten Your Intuition/Awareness/Inner Peace
Years ago I embarked on a journey of the soul that was ignited by many sudden changes and unpleasant experiences/realizations in my life. I began to explore what my part was in what was occurring in my life and in doing so, I began to undergo emotional repair and healing from a Kundalini Reiki master/soul sister. With her guidance, and with help of other gifted masters from many healing schools, I started to uncover deeper wounds that I carried with me from childhood that affected me in many areas of my life. In the exploration and healing of these wounds, I began to uncover my intuitive gifts and my heart path.
I connected with people all over the world to learn, understand my behaviors and create positive change from my strengthened intuitive gifts, as my own energy blocks were destroyed and as my healing progressed. I faced and repaired my generational wounds and began to work with my father on artwork and a storyline created from my experiences with Gaia, Mother Earth, who I connect with during my reiki and intuitive sessions. It is the earth’s energy that I am able to draw upon and place in order to ground people, align chakras and use my empathic gifts to feel, guide and teach others ways to heal themselves emotionally and even physically.
Through my own healing and work with others, it became clear that my mission also had to do with the balance of opposing, yet interdependent energies as are commonly found in nature; the most notable and significant for me, being the male and female energies. Everyone has male and female energies within them. And dark and light. Yin and yang. When in balance, these energies can create a beautiful inner unity, which can result in healthy and abundant body and mind, and in fulfilling, equal partnerships with others. These themes resonate in my reiki work, in courses in which I help to teach about healing in nature, and in my developing fictional, nature-based manuscript.
I created this page to share resources and messages that incorporate these and other uplifting themes, to let people know that there are others who are feeling the intense energies of the galaxy and the planet, and who are healing, growing and striving to be their best selves. To encourage us to find the great gifts in some of the more difficult events in our lives, and to remind us that there are many natural, internal and external “guides” and resources available to assist in the journey of achieving inner unity and balance.
