If the Sunday Scaries are hitting, it’s not because you’re starting the week behind.

It’s because you’re starting the week mentally overloaded.

There’s a difference.

When everything feels important, urgent, or like it all depends on you, your brain defaults into the fight, flight, or freeze reactions.

It feels pressured. And that pressure is what creates the feeling of the Sunday Scaries.

So when you start thinking about your week, pause and ask:

-What is actually mine to carry?
-What am I holding that isn’t (or doesn’t have to be) my responsibility?

When we let go of what isn’t ours to carry, when we delegate, when we create realistic expectations for ourselves, it helps our brain feel safer and helps us feel more empowered.

We’re created for relationship, we’re not meant to do everything alone.

So where can you delegate, let go, ask for help, and focus on what’s ACTUALLY important and controllable?
