Or the “knot” that never quite goes away?

Meet the infraspinatus — a key rotator cuff muscle that stabilizes your shoulder and rotates your arm outward. It works quietly behind the scenes, but when it’s irritated… you definitely feel it.

Most commonly affected:
• Desk workers & computer users
• Athletes who throw (baseball, softball, football)
• Anyone lifting or carrying heavy bags regularly
• People with rounded shoulders or forward head posture

What it does (daily, not just at the gym):
• Reaching into your back pocket
• Brushing or washing your hair
• The wind-up phase of throwing
• Controlling shoulder movement after fast motions
