After we switched pharmacies in June, we took a step back instead of rushing forward.

In July, we held our first traditional psych meeting to reset the program and make sure everyone was aligned.

We also started looking at our quality measures differently. Not just reviewing numbers, but asking simple questions like: What’s working? What’s not? And why?

With help from my ADON and a project nurse who supports us a few days each month, we were able to look deeper and make clearer decisions.

The biggest lesson?

When everyone understands the plan, outcomes improve.
