Cancellations are accepted 48 hours or more before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. A no show/no call will be subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Please note that if a late arrival for your appointment occurs, that services will be adjusted based on availability.
