Take your sound healing practice to a new level in our upcoming Advanced Techniques workshop on May 2nd from 10am - 5pm. Expect personalized, hands-on training with outcomes that you can apply to your practice right away.

We will cover:
- Advanced playing techniques with various mallets
- Two new soundscapes: “Earth & Sky” and “Hertz So Good”
- Expanding/improvising on the soundscapes in the Mead Protocol
- Appropriate use of dissonance
- Pairing of gongs and bowls to stimulate Theta and Delta states
- Gong exploration
- Plus Q&A, collaborative ideas, and connecting with other practitioners.

This workshop is intended for experienced practitioners of any background, or those who have completed Mead Method Level 2 training.

Sexual violence can impact every aspect of a person’s life — emotionally, physically, relationally, and spiritually. Our role as clinicians is to provide a space that is safe, non-judgmental, and grounded in respect, where survivors can process at their own pace and reclaim a sense of control and empowerment.

Meet our new psychotherapist! ✨

We’re excited to welcome a new clinician to our team who brings a relational and psychodynamic approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients at their own pace. He supports adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, identity, relationships, and compulsive behaviors, and has experience working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse clients, as well as individuals from diverse lifestyles and subcultures.

Dr. Zelman also offers psychological assessment services, using a collaborative approach that places results in the context of each client’s life and experiences.

We’re grateful to have him join our practice and look forward to the care he’ll provide to our community. 🤍

Meet our pre-licensed psychotherapist: Brittany ✨

Brittany offers a warm, grounded, and person-centered approach to therapy, supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, identity questions, and life transitions. She creates space for reflection, emotional processing, and meaningful change.

Her integrative style draws from humanistic, narrative, and interpersonal therapies, along with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT, tailored to each client’s needs. She holds an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh and has experience in both outpatient therapy and inpatient psychiatric care, including work with disordered eating. 🤍
