Just a quick sound bath 😏

Many of my clients say time doesn't exist for them when they're deep in the meditative space that sound healing takes them.

My shoulders will be aching from an hour session and someone will say they wish I played longer!

Getting truly lost in the sauce of a deeply relaxing sound bath is an incredible experience.

Meditation + nature = incredible healing

Things I wish I knew when I was chronically anxious.

Hacks, quick fixes, distractions... they don't last. Consistency, even just a few moments here and there, do more to heal the nervous system than anything.

My ADHD brain had a hard time relaxing until I found a method that worked for me combining a few techniques with sound healing.

I have a free mini sound bath with that exact method on my bio for you to check out for free.

The sound of crystal singing bowls and a deep, fulfilling breath.

Jaw unclenching, shoulders softening, and letting your body soften after a long day.

Tiny moments of peace feel extra meaningful when your nervous system has been carrying so much.

If your mind has been needing softness lately, I shared a mini sound bath in my bio to help get you there.

Some people don't need more mindset work, but they need their nervous system to relax.

When the body is stuck in fight or flight, the brain keeps going, the body is tense, and it feels impossible to relax.

That's why practices like sound healing can be so powerful.

If your mind never seems to switch off and yoir body forgot what peace feels like, you can try a free mini sound bath in my bio to help you out.

If your mind feels like it never slows down, your nervous system might still be in stress mode.

Sound healing helps guide the body back into rest and digest, where relaxation and recovery can actually happen.

And when the body settles… the mind usually follows.

I shared a mini sound bath you can try in my bio if you’re curious what it feels like.

Crystal singing bowls are played at frequencies that relax the vagus nerve and bring calm to the mind and body.

They work to help shift from fight or flight and into rest and digest by signaling to the nervous system that it is safe.

Most people think meditation is about stopping your thoughts.

But that’s actually the part many people misunderstand.

If your nervous system is still in stress mode, your mind will keep thinking — because it’s trying to keep you alert.

The real shift happens when the body starts to relax first.

That’s why practices that begin with breathwork, body relaxation, and guided awareness tend to work much better for people with busy, overthinking minds.

What’s something you’ve struggled with when trying to meditate?

Sometimes the advice we hear most often is the least helpful.

Hearing “just relax” when you’re in panic mode can feel like a slap in the face.

But if your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, relaxation isn’t something you can simply decide to do.

That’s why I focus on supporting the nervous system directly, so the body can actually receive the signal that it’s safe.

Check out my bio to experience for yourself how I use intentional techniques to actually help you calm down.
