Up and ready to train for my first half marathon! I don't run a lot, but a few years ago I trained for a 5k mud run for a month, I was consistent thanks to having a tangible, external goal. Learning how to work with my ADHD one day at a time lol.

Because of that experience, and wanting to get a solid good fitness goal to accomplish, I decided a half marathon in May would be perfect.

It wasn't near as bad as I thought it would be, I think ending my showers with cold water everyday and breathwork helped a lot. I am sold and will definitely be doing more plunges!
