Here at Rebel Wellness we offer strength classes for every level. We pride ourselves on prioritizing form and safety, regardless of which class you take. We wanted to take a second here to break down each of our strength class offerings ⬇️
Strength One (45 minutes)
-Perfect for those with no previous strength experience, and seasoned strength-goers can come and intensify as necessary
-Resistance training with classic strength training moves
Strength Two (45 minutes)
-Intended for intermediate to seasoned strength-goers
-This class focuses on compound movements and high intensity interval training
Strength Two Circuits (45 minutes)
-You will move 3 times through 5 stations, spending 90 seconds at each one and the class finishes with a burnout
-The stations are filled with compound movements and high intensity interval training
-Best for intermediate to advanced Rebels
Cardio Strength (45 minutes)
-A high energy workout that combines strength training, cardio, and focused core work
-Build endurance, strength, and stability as you move through instructor led circuits
-Perfect for all fitness levels
Mayhem (45 minutes)
-Push your limits in this high intensity class designed to challenge your inner athlete
-You will tackle a range of movements from compound lifts, to functional exercises, plyometrics, and cardio
-Designed for intermediate to advanced Rebels who are ready to challenge themselves
