Olivia, age 3, fell and hit her head, leaving her with a pretty big cut above her eye. Her mom works for AHN and was impressed by the compassionate pediatric emergency care they received at AHN McCandless Neighborhood Hospital. Olivia’s mom reports that they were in a treatment room within five minutes and Dr. Colpitts determined that Oliva would need glue instead of stiches. They fixed her eye, gave her a lollipop and sent them home within 30 minutes of arrival. Olivia’s mom reports that it takes her longer to shop at the grocery store than it did to have her daughter’s laceration fixed at AHN McCandless.
