Have you had a deep pain in your back that never seems to fully go away and you just live with that pain? This is a common issue we seen with new patients and have seen great success with treatment.

This pain can come from a deep sprain in ligaments near the base of your low back, disc pains, or straining on muscles that have been over used from long periods of sitting or lifting improperly. When looking for a doctor when in pain, you look for the best with fast results right? You also want a person who is not going through the motions or trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. You want a doctor to find out why your issues are occurring and not treating it as generic or without the proper care.

With proper care, your recovery time, depending on the injury, can lead to faster healing times and better outcomes for your care. In the chart below are average times for healing depending on what specific conditions you might have following proper treatment protocols. Following proper steps we achieve great results with patients, from either initial injuries, or patients from other offices were they were not seeing results since they were given the same treatment over and over again without results showing a failed diagnosis. Earlier this week we got in our supply of Cryoderm since we were running low. This product is great in terms of reducing pain and longer last effects throughout the day. One of the best points is that it has so few ingredients, which includes herbs and not synthetic, when comparing to Biofreeze. Amazing new for the office and patients. Starting this week, Friday or Saturday weather permitting, we will have a dedicated traction/decompression unit in the office. It is something expressed within the office from patients as well as a needed service for people with compressed discs and joints. This table has many features including cervical and lumbar distraction, and even carpal tunnel. Over the winter, a lot of patients come in complaining about 'Random low back pain' which came on from after work, moving a chair, or just bending over. They are lost on how this can happen with such a small effortless task. The biggest issue is just how bad sitting constantly all day can be for your low back. Having your back in a state of constant tension to stabilize you while sitting, that little extra stretch past the point of bending over causes it to strain making your pain worse. These are basically microtraumas that can keep injuring the muscle, tendon, or joint without the full chance to heal.

Chiropractic helps amazingly with this pains by reducing the wear on the joints and surrounding tissues, with fast and lasting results. This is accomplished with muscular therapy to help muscle tone, chiropractic adjustments to help with joint movement, and decompression to reduce tension within tissues and joints.

Just had a restocking of Cryoderm for the office, and instead of just the cold rub on, it is also the heat rub on as well. Both are great options for pain relief without any synthetic materials involved. If you are not sure if you like it, I have enough samples to let you try and see if it is a good fit for you.
