🌿 Balancing Motherhood & My Mission of Unconditional Love 🌿

It’s 7pm, and I just finished cleaning up after putting Zephyr to sleep. This is the quiet space where my heart reflects the most—on motherhood, my mission, and my deep desire to build a world of healing and love, not just for my son, but for all of us.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been on this mission—to bring unconditional love into every heart, every home, every connection. It’s not just a business. It’s my soul’s work.

They tell you your body will change.
They tell you sleep will be a distant memory.
They tell you your time won’t be your own.

But no one talks about what happens to your s*x life.

No one tells you that your bed—once a place of deep connection—will become your family bed, filled with tiny feet kicking in the night and whispered “I love you’s” before drifting off.

No one talks about how passion doesn’t disappear—it just moves.

Truth is, Levi and I haven’t had naked fun in our sheets for months. Not because we don’t want to—but because we co-sleep with Zephyr, and he’s a light sleeper.

So, we got creative. We invested in a swing. A whirlpool bath.
We found intimacy in the small, quiet moments of life.

💖 Levi running to the grocery store while I scrub dishes—then coming home and picking up the cleaning before I even have to ask, so I can nurse Zephyr to sleep before a mama-baby playdate.

💖 Levi taking Zephyr for 20 minutes so I can meditate, breathe, or—like right now—write this post. So I can still feel like me beyond the beautiful chaos of motherhood, a chaos I wouldn’t trade for the world.

💖 A deep kiss over Zephyr’s sleeping body before we turn off the light, both too exhausted to do anything but exist together.

💖 A quick pass in the living room where we grab each other—just for a second—a squeeze, a kiss, a moment of grounding before diving back into parenting.

And every so often—when Zephyr naps long enough, when exhaustion doesn’t win—we get a sliver of time to just be us again.

Those moments? I want to sink into them. To feel them. To drop fully into my body.
