LIFE Pittsburgh is a community-based alternative to nursing home care. There is no fee for financially eligible participants.

Through the LIFE Pittsburgh program, older adults can remain in their own home and receive a coordinated plan of care that enables them to maintain their independence and enjoy a safe and active life in the community. to Rainbow Day at our North Shore Center! 🌈✨

Our North Shore Adult Day Health Center closed out Pride Month in the most colorful way — with RAINBOW DAY!

We celebrated the vibrant uniqueness of every Participant, reminding everyone to be proud of exactly who they are. At LIFE Pittsburgh, all are welcome and celebrated. 💖

From bright outfits and fun accessories to fresh fruit kebabs and big smiles, the day was bursting with joy, laughter, and Pride!
