This is how I teach energy ✨

When I first learned Reiki, I was introduced to chakras and the aura—and it sparked something in me that wanted to go deeper.

As I’ve grown in my own practice, I’ve expanded the way I teach—bringing in a deeper understanding of the energy body, how it flows, and how to actually work with it.

I’m currently rewriting and expanding my Reiki Level 1 manual to reflect that—so what I teach feels aligned with how I truly work with energy today.

Because Reiki isn’t just hand positions… it’s awareness, intuition, and learning how to read energy in a way that feels grounded and real.

This photo has been passed down—from my grandmother, to my mom, and now to me.

And honestly, it feels like it carries more than just a moment.

There’s history in it. Patterns. Things that were never said out loud. Love that held everything together… and maybe things that didn’t.

Because we don’t just inherit people—we inherit what they lived through. What they carried. What they didn’t get to process.

And at some point, someone becomes aware of it.

Someone decides it doesn’t all have to keep getting passed down the same way.

That’s the shift.
That’s the work.
That’s the healing.

I found this picture of little Tracy—and there’s a story behind it.

My mom always had professional photos taken when we lost our front teeth, so this was mine.

About a week or so before this photo was taken, I put a pair of my mom’s old bell-bottoms over my head just to be silly. I obviously couldn’t see, but I tried to walk across the house to surprise my parents and ended up walking straight into a wall and splitting my lip open. I still have the scar.

I remember my grandma being so upset that I was going to have a scar on my lip.

But honestly… I’ve always loved it.

When I look at it now, it just reminds me of how silly, playful, and free I was.

Sometimes scars don’t have to represent something bad.
Sometimes they’re just proof that you were fully living.

That version of you is still in there 🤍

Sometimes the simplest things make me smile.

Every time I eat a bowl of mixed berries and see all the vivid colors, I just think… it’s so pretty. 🍓🫐🥭

And of course my energy-loving brain starts thinking about what each one carries energetically:

Strawberries 🍓 — heart energy, love, sweetness
Raspberries 🔴 — joy, vitality, playful life force
Blueberries 🫐 — intuition, clarity, inner wisdom
Blackberries ⚫ — grounding, protection, resilience
Mango 🥭 — warmth, confidence, creative flow

Nature really does create the most beautiful (and nourishing) palette.

All About Me

I am a Pittsburgh based Reiki Master/Teacher of the Usui Method of Natural Healing, a Kundalini Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Crystal Healing Practitioner.

Since everything is made of energy, my focus is to keep your energy STRONG and FREE FLOWING. Unbalanced energy cannot flow easily and therefore could result in illness and/or discomfort. To achieve optimal energy balance, I will use a pendulum to check the 7 main points in your body that regulate energy flow (chakras) and will balance them as necessary. My sessions also combine Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Crystal Healing and aromatherapy to assist with clearing energy blockages and to enhance the natural healing and balancing process. My treatments are specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.

I am available for private or group Reiki sessions, Distance Reiki sessions, Crystal Healing sessions, workshops and lectures. I also teach all three levels of the Usui Reiki System.
