Project Overview
The intersection of Black Street & Chislett Street was controlled by a traffic signal until April 29, 2025, when the signal was damaged in a storm, and since that time, it has been operating with a temporary all-way stop control.
In Fall 2025, the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure intends to remove the traffic signal from the intersection of Black Street & Chislett Street and replace it with a permanent all-way stop condition. The City has already been receiving comments on this change via 311; however, on 8/4/2025, we opened up a 30-day comment period for public comment.
