Through engaging awareness in multi-sensory components of corresponding colors, elements, attributes, sensations, feelings, and affirmations - you’ll learn simple yet potent tools to reconnect with your deeper self. Following the chakra journey, Amanda of will offer a collective astrology forecast and tarot card pull to help us align with the energetic themes of the month ahead.

“Hi! I’m Johna (pronounced john-uh), and I’m thrilled to share the gift I received from Sacred Social House in January 2022 with the world through weekly classes at the same studio. Growing up, I was always fascinated by the magic of human history and the ‘impossible’ abilities we possess. I knew there was something more, and with a family and community that supported this curiosity, my confidence and curiosity grew.

When I signed up for the 200-hour program at 19, I wasn’t sure what I was doing—working full-time, newly diagnosed with epilepsy, and settling into my first apartment. But I felt a deep desire for something more. I made the decision, ‘I will invest in this program because it’s an investment in me.’ And it couldn’t have been more true.

Since earning my certification, I’ve been practicing at home, sharing the power of yoga with friends and coworkers. Now, my pot’s been simmering, and I’m ready to share the stew! I’ll be teaching a funky fresh flow every Tuesday night that blends ancient intuitive wisdom, individuality, community, and self-love through interconnected movement.
