At top height this piece can be used for pull-ups, linear and lateral traversing, middle height is vaulting and somersault practice, low height is balance beam.

Contrary to popular jock theory, while planking or in push up position, having your butt up is better than having it sag or even be completely straight.

Instead of putting unwanted pressure on your lower back and spine, when having a controlled arch to your plank you are forcing yourself to engage your abs, your hip flexors and your upper quads with a tiny adjustment.

Our mobility series uses martial arts as a foundation to balance the strength workouts that western culture has co-opted as what qualifies as a “workout”. Without mobility we’re just training to become professional movers 🚛 no shade to movers but that’s only one type of function that your body is capable of! 🤸🏻also fun fact Bençao form looks a lot like when you have to ask your friend "did I just step in 💩?”
