One of the defining features of Original Hot Yoga is that the sequence stays the same every class. 🔥

There is a purpose behind that structure. Each posture prepares the body for the next, creating a practice that works systematically through strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and breath. Over time, the familiarity of the sequence allows you to pay closer attention to your experience rather than wondering what comes next.

The postures remain the same. What changes is how you meet them.

Having someone next to you can make walking into a new space feel easier, especially when you are starting out or returning after time away. Practice has always been something shared, and bringing a friend changes the energy in the best way.

All memberships include at least one monthly buddy pass, so there is always someone you can bring along.

When the sequence stays the same, you begin to notice more. The way your breath changes, where effort shows up, how your focus holds or drifts. Each class gives you a clearer view of what’s happening in your practice.

Join Myra and Angelica for a Reiki Infused Sound Journey designed to support deep rest through guided meditation, sound vibration, and energy healing. Singing bowls, bells, gongs, and Reiki will create space to relax the nervous system and settle into stillness.

A lot of people come to yoga for the movement, and end up discovering how much the breath changes everything around it.

A lot of people walk into class thinking they need to push through every moment.

In reality, knowing when to slow down is part of building a long-term practice. Taking a breath, resting for a moment, or easing back into the posture does not mean you are falling behind. It means you are paying attention to what your body and mind need in that moment.

That awareness matters just as much as the movement itself.

The heat changes the experience in a real way. You breathe differently, focus more clearly, and learn how to stay present even when things feel challenging. Over time, the practice can support flexibility, circulation, mental clarity, and a stronger connection to your body.

Our Original Hot Yoga classes follow the traditional 26&2 sequence, creating a structure you can keep returning to and growing with.
Your first class does not need to be perfect. You just need to walk into the room.
