Gentle Yoga Nidra with Shikha Pasrija, 8:00 PM online only, August 11
Gentle Yoga Nidra is a soothing class that blends gentle yoga, calming breathwork, meditation, heart-opening chanting, and deeply restful Yoga Nidra. This class is designed to help you relax, quiet the mind, and restore your energy, all from the comfort of your home. We begin with slow, mindful movement to ground the body, followed by simple breath and meditation practices. The session ends with a guided Yoga Nidra to support deep rest, healing, and inner balance. No experience is needed. Bring a yoga mat or blanket, a pillow or bolster, and anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported. Let this be your weekly ritual of peace, renewal, and reconnection.
