One of my favorite events of the year is running warm-ups for the kickoff party. This year we had three stations: I ran the tennis body warm-ups, ran the mobility station and warmed up the rotator cuffs and volley drills! Overall an awesome day!

Last week, I was given an extraordinary opportunity to be a guest speaker in the Sports Medicine Program at the ..this school is incredible and these kids are learning exercise phys that I learned in college. We talked about my career as a PTA and pivot towards personal training and golf performance. Thank you Mr. Vtipil and Mr. Cowger for a great day!

This morning , and met with ⛳️ so we can work to improve their game mentally and physically. Had a great day running various screens and exercises while connecting the dots to their swings. Thanks for coming out!
