Did you know that babies can get adjusted? 👶🏻

Infants can experience their first misalignment during the birthing process, and adjusting them is a great way to benefit their health!

This little guy got his first adjustment at 6 weeks old because he couldn't turn his head to the left. After several adjustments, he's able to freely move his head and is doing well.

With Valentine's Day coming up, many people have chocolate on the brain. But what about cacao?

Cacao is made from crushed cocoa beans and have a slightly nutty and bitter flavor (similar to dark chocolate).

Cacao is rich in nutrients like manganese, copper, magnesium, phosphorous, iron, and zinc. Benefits can include reducing the risk of heart disease, helping reduce insulin resistance, decreasing inflammation, and regulating the immune response.

Try sprinkling some cacao nibs on top of nut butter toast or using it as an oatmeal or yogurt mix in.

What a fantastic day! Who else out there loves their job? ✋🏻

I had the pleasure of adjusting a patient who is about to give birth to her first child in about a month. She has been struggling with some discomfort in her mid and lower back due to the pregnancy. She's been coming in for maintenance adjustments over the past few months to help the discomfort and also make sure her spine is in good alignment for delivery.

As you can see, my adjusting table can accommodate the pregnancy belly, which makes it comfortable for her to lay on her stomach and easy for me to adjust her.

Chiropractic is a safe and gentle way to make sure your nervous system is functioning at its optimum.
