Deep winter and dark moon call for deep rest and healing.

Join Amy this Sunday January 18, 2026 from 3:30-5:30 pm for a 2 hour Restorative Healing Experience. This deeply nurturing class will be a heavily propped practice designed to support profound relaxation and renewal.

Each participant may receive individualized attention via light hands on adjustments (optional). Please bring a yoga mat and any other props you may have. Smaller pillows will be available. Class will be held in the basement of Therapeutic Massage of Pittsburgh.

We are quite literally across the street and one block down from our former location!

We are working hard to finalize our move!

Our priority was to be able to provide you the wellness services you expect without a gap in our calendar or the need to reschedule clients!

It’s been a whirlwind of a month!
