💪 🥒 Greek Yogurt Cucumber Dip ("Protein Tzatziki")

Ingredients:
⅓ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
¼ cup grated cucumber (squeeze out the water!)
Garlic powder or dried dill to taste
🍋 Optional: squeeze of lemon or dash of salt

Mix it up and chill. That’s it.
Serve with veggie sticks, whole wheat pita, w/ the chicken skewer [recipe a few posts back] or honestly... a spoon.

✅ ~10g protein
🔥 ~80 calories
🥶 Stays good for days = meal prep win

BIG💡 - Stir in chopped mint, red onion, or a pinch of feta

BIG💡 - Swap garlic powder for fresh minced garlic if you're not kissing anyone later 🤭

🥗 Smoked Salmon & Edamame Protein Salad - recipe below...

🥣 Ingredients (1 serving):
½ cup shelled edamame (cooked)
2 oz smoked salmon, sliced or chopped
½ cup cucumber, chopped
¼ avocado, diced
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp rice vinegar (or squeeze of lime)
Pinch of sea salt + black pepper

🍽️ Instructions:
Combine edamame, salmon, cucumber, and avocado in a bowl.
Drizzle with rice vinegar.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
Toss gently and serve chilled or at room temp.

🔍 Estimated Macros (per serving):
Calories: ~310
Protein: ~22g
Carbs: ~13g
Fat: ~20g
Fiber: ~6g
💡 To lower the fat slightly, use ⅛ avocado instead (saves ~45 cal and ~4g fat).
