Monthly Meditation Club
Thinking about starting a meditation practice... or wishing yours felt a little more consistent? This monthly check-in is a low-pressure space to slow down, breathe, and practice.
We’ll start with quick introductions, simple breathwork, and easy movement to help drop into the body. From there, we will explore a specific meditation technique and we’ll spend 20-30 minutes practicing together, in guided or quiet stillness.
The practice is guided by a trained meditation teacher (200-hour MTT), currently studying within the Tibetan Buddhist lineage ~ meaning many of the techniques we explore are rooted in centuries-old wisdom, but offered in a way that’s accessible so we can easily integrate into our modern world.
We’ll close in community, option to share reflections, offering a sense of accountability and support as we all find our way. Whether you’re brand new to meditation, coming back after a break, or simply craving a regular moment of stillness with like-minded people, this is a chance to check in, reset, and practice ~ together.
