Your child’s first adult molars usually appear around age 6!
They erupt behind the baby teeth in the very back of the mouth — some kids (and parents) don’t even realize they’re coming in!
These “6-year molars” will be with them for life, but the deep grooves can make them more prone to cavities.

• Brush really well, even while they are still coming in (bacteria can hide under the gum tissue!) 🪥
