👩‍⚕️ Sleep is a foundational pillar of health, especially for active families and student athletes. Dr. Molly Patsch breaks down why less than 7 hours of sleep dramatically increases your risk of injuries.

✨ Did you know?
Women actually require 8–9 hours of sleep due to hormonal cycles and tissue repair needs. And teens? Even more. Research shows that falling short of recommended sleep can increase injury risk by 37% or higher.

At our chiropractic & functional wellness center, we look at the whole picture of performance, recovery, and long-term health. If sleep has been a struggle, our team can help you reset your circadian rhythm and support healing from the inside out.

💬 Drop a comment: How many hours of sleep do YOU feel your best with?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Dr. Molly Patsch!

Tom first came to us years ago with plantar fasciitis and was told he might need surgery. After care at World of Wellness, he’s had no issues since. Now he’s back seeing Dr. Molly Patsch for shoulder and upper back stiffness and felt an immediate impact after his first visit!

We’re honored when patients trust us with their health journey year after year. From feet to spine, we’re here to support better movement, less pain, and more life.
