I seek to add as much knowledge as I can to you so that I will eventually become obsolete on your travels to the levels of health you wish to arrive at. I have a wide array of skills and have experience in a number of items that I will call on to best aid you in anyway I can. I won't ever charge for advise or knowledge, only f

or physical interaction or materials. AND once you connect with me, you will have me here. Always as a back drop if you ever get lost or need righted on your journey. Soft tissue manipulations, stretching, personal training, sports coaching in volleyball and basketball, and MMA are my strong points that I have sessions on but there is much more than I can do. Feel free to send me a note with any questions that you have. If you have come to me that means everything up until this point in your life has not lead you to where you want to be. So please take everything you thought you knew and set it aside for now and embrace what I have to say with an open mind and do it full speed. You might find my way is better. Yes some of you will need to change your life style. Yes all of you will need to change your diet. BUT isn't your health worth it? Isn't health the ultimate wealth? What good is any other wealth with out health? Just ask Steve Jobs his thoughts on that.
