Attention CHIP patients. We were informed of a clerical error with the CHIP dental program and our participation. We have been working on it to clarify the error so our office will appear as in- network for the CHIP program. Hopefully this is sorted out in the next week or so as our information is updated on their end.

If you have United Concordia CHIP, I have a couple names I will be checking to see if their status is showing IN-NETWORK and then we will know it's all been corrected.

Thank you to the parent who called to inform us of the letter he received or else the office would not know since we were never sent termination notice. ( gotta love bureaucracy 😵‍💫).
