Had a few walk in patients this morning. They described being very active over the last few weeks even though they are sedentary throughout the year. We discussed readiness and being prepared for their daily tasks through consistent exercise and recovery. They seemed to get along quite well. They even made a pact to workout together and push each other to make next year better.

I love my job! It feels so good to motivate people to be the best they can be.

We were finally able to hire a ghost writer to complete my notes while I go enjoy the weekend!

We couldn't be more excited to add him to the team but had to make some ergonomic adjustments to his work station.

It wasn't hard to adjust the seat height so his elbows were at 90 degrees and supported at his sides. Then the monitor had to be raised so his line of sight was 0-30 degrees to the center of the screen with a neutral neck. Now his feet weren't touching the ground. Adding a box underneath allowed for support to his hips and spine.
