Whether you feel like you would like to or need to lose 15-30-50-100 + pounds to feel better and regain your health, or have been told to lose weight by your physician and have no idea where to turn, Ideal Wellness and Weight Loss can help. We have helped hundreds of dieters not only lose weight, but make lifestyle changes that help dieters shed pounds and inches. Through weekly appointments and structured food intake, dieters receive education which gives you, the dieter, a clear picture as to what your life will be like once you have reached the maintenance stage of the program.
