Meet B.J.! 🪴✨

Dr. B.J. Putnam is a nationally board-certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist licensed in Pennsylvania.

In addition to her herbal expertise, Dr.
Putnam is one of the few providers formally trained in Pelvic-Floor Acupuncture, a highly specialized and rarely offered modality that supports complex pelvic pain, hormonal health, and functional disorders.

By combining acupuncture, Chinese herbal therapeutics, and specialized pelvic-floor interventions, she provides deeply effective, evidence-informed care for patients with complex and often underserved conditions.

After a FREE 15 minute telehealth consultation with our Herbalist, an in-person follow up will be scheduled.

During this visit, Dr. Putnam will take time to talk through your symptoms, review your medical history, and, if needed, perform a brief medical exam to better understand your care needs.

In most cases, Dr. Putnam will be able to prepare your personalized
herbal medicine right away. If a special herb is required, we’ll place the order for you and arrange an easy pickup or delivery based on your preference.
