After a FREE 15 minute telehealth consultation with our Herbalist, an in-person follow up will be scheduled.

During this visit, Dr. Putnam will take time to talk through your symptoms, review your medical history, and, if needed, perform a brief medical exam to better understand your care needs.

In most cases, Dr. Putnam will be able to prepare your personalized
herbal medicine right away. If a special herb is required, we’ll place the order for you and arrange an easy pickup or delivery based on your preference.

In case you haven’t heard already, we’re moving!

Our current location at 901 Western Ave will be closing its doors on May 29th, 2025. Our new location at 1501 Preble Ave will opening on June 2nd, 2025. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible. Don’t worry, your favorite massage therapists/acupuncturists aren’t going anywhere. As far as booking goes, all appointments currently on the schedule will remain unchanged. Online booking is still active and accurately reflects our working schedule for the next few months. We are incredibly excited for this transition and look forward to sharing more information with you in the coming days/weeks! Stay tuned!
