During the pandemic, sessions are being offered by phone and videochat. We all have inner strength. Rollo May, a well known psychologist wrote, "Finding the center of strength within ourselves, is in the long run, the best contribution we can make to our fellow man". As a professional counselor, my role is to help you find and use your strengths so you can live a healthy and purposeful life.
