Mariah Buzza discovered her calling to become a mental health counselor while working for a faith-based healthcare nonprofit. Following that calling, she earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University in 2024.

She brings experience from school-based behavioral health settings, working with children as young as six, and has supported adolescents and young adults through trauma, grief, and emotional challenges. Her clinical background includes treating depression, anxiety, psychosis, suicidal ideation, family dysfunction, substance use, and sexual trauma.

Mariah integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Attachment Theory to help clients and families identify the root of their concerns and build lasting change. While grounded in her Catholic-Christian faith, Mariah welcomes clients of all spiritual backgrounds and walks alongside them in uncovering their God-given strengths, purpose, and identity, so they can flourish and live life fully alive.
