Set the tone for a successful week

1. Review & Reset Weekly Goals
☐ Reflect on Monday’s progress
☐ Adjust goals if needed
☐ Identify your top 3 priorities for the week

2. Tackle a Challenging Task First
☐ Choose 1 high-impact task
☐ Schedule it early in the day
☐ Celebrate when completed

3. Time Block Your Calendar
☐ Set focused work blocks
☐ Add breaks and buffer time
☐ Protect your most productive hours

4. Morning Motivation Ritual
☐ Journal or meditate
