Several of our classrooms spent the day getting into the Thanksgiving spirit in their own special ways! 🦃✨

One group created colorful and heartfelt Thanksgiving artwork, while another enjoyed watching A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving together — complete with a classic Charlie Brown–style dinner to snack on.

We love seeing our students celebrate this holiday in ways that spark joy, creativity, and connection. 💛

Thank you to the Presentation of Christ Greek Orthodox Church Women's group for their generous in-kind donations to our PBIS Store. Their thoughtful gifts will bring joy to our students as they earn points to choose items for themselves or to share with others. The store—run by our Life Education for Adult Futures staff and students—helps teach responsibility, kindness, and the power of positive choices.

We are truly grateful for the thoughtfulness and support of these ladies. 💙🌟

Our upper school students explored the world of pickles today—then taste-tested pickle soup, pickle lemonade, and Kool-Aid pickles!

There were plenty of laughs, big reactions, and a mix of 👍 and 👎 for each treat. A fun (and flavorful!) way to learn something new! 🥒✨ , , ,

Through a Social Emotional Learning (SEL) lesson, Mr. Green, mental health therapist, taught students all about tone of voice — and how the way we say something can change its meaning!

Through demonstrations and practice, students tried out different tones like happy, sad, surprised, and more! 😄😢😲
Now, they can recognize how tone can show feelings and affect the way others understand us.

Great job, students — and thank you, Mr. Green, for helping students find their voices! 💚✨

Pace school is closed today, Friday Nov 7th, due to a water main break and no water in building. No school for students and all staff.

This group of shoppers came prepared! Mr. Gelman’s class of LEAF (Life Education for Adult Futures) students learn product costs, shelf locations, make their lists and more… all before going out in the community to purchase what they will likely use in their cooking class. Good job everyone!

Last week, students in Ms. Johnson’s class dove into the exciting world of motion and mass in science! Through hands-on experiments, they explored how objects move and how mass changes the way things fall or roll.

Using paper towel rolls as ramps, they rolled balls to study motion and tested how objects fall to study mass. They had a blast! ,
